摘要 当前，数字图书馆建设在全球范围内方兴未艾，数字情结让人钟情执著。浙江省融资 1.4 亿元，启动浙江省高校数字图书馆（ZADL）及特色资源建设，旨在统一揭示现有资源，挖掘潜在资源，整合 OA资源，为浙江的发展提供便捷、有效的信息服务。因而，资源数字化是 ZADL 的建设重点，自建资源是 ZADL的特色体现，管理模式的变革是 ZADL的创新探索。
Abstract：Nowadays, the construction of digital library is on the rise globally due to the fervor of the digital complex. Financing of 140 million yuan, Zhejiang Province starts the construction of the Zhejiang Academic Digital Library （ZADL）and the characteristic resources, for the purpose of revealing the available resources together, excavating the potential resources, and integrating the Open Access （OA）resources, to provide convenient effective information service for the development of Zhejiang. Therefore, the resources digitization is the construction key of ZADL, the self -built resource is the characteristic manifests of ZADL, and the change of management mode is the innovation exploration of ZADL.
